Enneagram Type 7 through and through, Nadine has built and rebuilt her life more than once. Having spent half of her career in the corporate world and the other half as an entrepreneur, she’s taken her 25+ years of experience and started a coaching practice, a podcast, and a weekly newsletter.

But enough about work. Who is she, really?

First and foremost, a dog lover. A connector. A chatter. Allergic to small talk. She loves shopping (see newsletter), food, and all types of movement. She has strong Newfoundland roots, but an Ottawa life. Which serves her well because she now has two places to call home, both of which provide her with easy access to the outdoors, which calms and grounds her busy mind.

She’s a big reader. A bigger lover.

She has a kind heart and generous soul.
