The Enneagram is not here to tell us who you are. It is a tool I use to help us notice what happens when pressure rises and the room gets smaller.
In both individual coaching, as well as team development work, I use the Enneagram to:
- develop a shared language for noticing patterns
- observe habitual responses
- slow interpretation
- create space between reaction and choice
- offer perspective rather than conclusions
It’s not a label. It’s a lens.
